Core Specialties for Supervision

I offer specialized supervision and consultation for clinicians working with, or seeking to work with, the following areas:

  • Affirming Care for the Queer Community: Providing competent, non-pathologizing therapy for 2SLGBTQI+ individuals, couples, and families. This includes in-depth support for clinicians providing gender-affirming care, including assessment and letter writing for surgery.

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice: Conceptualizing and treating ADHD in adolescents and adults from a strengths-based, executive function, and emotion-regulation perspective.

  • Complex Clinical Presentations: Navigating the intersections of co-occurring substance use, mood disorders, and personality patterns.

  • Harm Reduction & Trauma-Informed Care: Grounding all clinical work in principles of client autonomy, safety, collaboration, and empowerment, moving away from carceral or abstinence-only models.

I provide the following services both in-person in Pennsylvania and via telehealth:

  • Individual Clinical Supervision: For LSWs in Pennsylvania working toward LCSW licensure.

  • Specialized Case Consultation: For licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, PsyD, PhD) seeking to deepen their expertise in attachment, DBT/EFT integration, neurodiversity, or affirming care for the queer community.

  • Group Supervision: Please inquire about current openings for new supervision groups.
