Navigating the financial aspects of therapy is an important step in your journey toward well-being. My commitment is to make this process as transparent and straightforward as possible, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: your growth, healing, and self-discovery. This practice operates on a private-pay model, which allows for the highest degree of confidentiality and flexibility in your care.
Schedule of Fees
Investing in your mental health is an investment in every aspect of your life. My fee structure reflects the specialized level care you will receive.
Initial Diagnostic Intake Session (60 minutes): $200
Ongoing Psychotherapy Session (55 minutes): $150
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

Investment & Financial Policies
Insurance & Out-of-Network Reimbursement
I am not an in-network provider with any insurance panels. This choice is made deliberately to protect your privacy and ensure that your therapeutic path is guided solely by your unique needs and our collaborative clinical judgment, rather than by the limitations and mandates of insurance companies.
However, many clients have insurance plans with out-of-network (OON) benefits that allow them to receive partial reimbursement for their therapy costs. To facilitate this, I will provide you with a monthly statement, often called a "Superbill." This document contains all the necessary information (including diagnostic and service codes) for you to submit a claim directly to your insurance provider.
To understand your specific benefits, I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services (telehealth)?
What is my annual out-of-network deductible, and have I met any of it?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed once my deductible is met? (You may also want to ask what their "usual and customary rate" or "allowed amount" is for CPT code 90837).
Is pre-authorization required before I begin therapy?
How do I submit my Superbill for reimbursement?

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal "No Surprises Act," you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. As a client, you will be provided with this estimate in writing before your first scheduled service.
If you have any questions about my fees or the payment process, please do not hesitate to ask. My goal is to ensure you feel informed and empowered as you begin this important work.
